NEWS COMING, the 100K loan some was spent on the consulting company But, our new ceo has a company with 1.9B AS and 780m OS with float at around 700 million. Confirmed by me today. Call the xfer agent, his number is on their OTC profile. Talked to CEO, no reverse split no dilution in fact some of the 100k went toward a buyback yesterday. The company owns 100 million shares at market avg. .00026 cents, roughly 25k buyback. News coming.


Thoughts? Could still be a pump and dump. Not sure
