And I ask that you re-read my post.

I clearly said that Duress can undo contracts signed.

However, there is no duress here because there was no threat of an unlawful act.

Threatening to bring legal action against the board if they don't do what the government wants is NOT duress, as bringing legal action is a LAWFUL act. Therefore...it would never be upheld in a court that there was any duress.
