This guy is a fraud. I just got of the phone with Darryl Horton he put me on hold and said that he would call Rufus to verify. He said that he spoke to Rufus and Rufus said that he's amazed at what people would do to make a quick buck. This is not Rufus, this is a Dufus. Im no basher just dont want to see people fooled.

Could you please explain to me what this means for a FHAL shareholder? :

2.) To pay each shareholder that options out an amount in cash equal to $15.00 minus the Actual Average Closing Price.

If the price is under $15.00 say $10.00 then does that mean we only will get $5.00? ( $15.00 - $5.00)
