the more I try and connect their structuring of this merger and their moves and hints, the more I beome truly impressed with Rufus.
This guy said he made this thing bullet proof as much as possible from the MM's shorting. And what better defense is there than a great offense.
There is a reason they bought up the float.
There is a reason they announced a book of $7.21 for the merger.
There is a reason they plan to reveal a book of greater than $30 in the 10Q.
There is a reason they have a guardian angel MM sitting there with chitloads of cash waiting to buy up even more of the shorted shares.
There is a reason they will be announcing the AISS contract after the merger news.
All of this is planned and staged to prevent the shares from trading less than $15 after they reset the price and open. If these guys are as good as I suspect their "bid" support will most likely will cause the stock to trade for $30 per share.
And... they get to settle an old score with some MM's that stole their money when they shorted bban on them. Remember that bond? $450 million dollars in cash guarentees they will win the bidding war with the MM's when they try to short this stock into hell.
And the MM's know this too. thats why there are so many bashers on this stock. they know they will lose millions and millions of dollars before this is over. Payback is one nasty biatch, there will be severe causualties on this one..
