Evidence please. I've seen this on the conspiracy websites, but if you don't have evidence, I don't believe it. I believe they were probably leaned on a bit...but I don't believe there was a threat. Where is the transcript proving otherwise please? Also, you used the word "coerced". Coercion is a term saved for Undue Influence, not for Duress. And Undue Influence wouldn't apply to this circumstance. The word you are looking for is threatened...that is what Duress is about.

Hostile aggression is NOT enough for duress. Duress must have threat of physical or economic harm attached to it.

Again, evidence please of a threat against the board physically or economically. Telling them they will suffer from being sued is NOT a threat either physical or economic. It holds the same logic as saying that threatening to sue someone for nuisance if they don't keep the music down at night is a form of duress. Lawsuits are a legal right.

Not exactly sure what you mean here, but an investigation is not proof of duress. Many things are investigated...still can't be offered as proof in a court of law or equity.
