There has not even been a suit filed by GDSI yet. It could be just as much a Bluff Move by GDSI to try and get Rontan to close the deal they don't want. I would imagine GDSI is still consulting with lawyers to see if they even have grounds to take this to court. If GDSI files suit, another 8K will be issued stating so.
