You're missing the point.
It isn't about WHY they RS. I don't care if they're doing a RS to get a business meeting with God himself.
The point is that when it happens, regardless of acquisitions or not, regardless of if the company is doing well or not, and regardless of EVERYTHING ELSE ON EARTH, our shares get split, and THEIRS DO NOT.
Period. That is the problem. If you do not see this as a problem then you are very obviously not an investor.
Acquisitions are great, if they can make TRTC money. What's not great is when the odds are stacked in favor of the officers EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
