i need a few more days to see if they are doing what i call a partially
laddered cover where X *targeted* stock is taken UP a higher %
than the *resets* back down are taken at a lower % and the pattern
repeats the stair stepping (more UP than DOWN) usually for a very specific reason

my first ever OTC stock .. prior ticker was FRPT which was Force Protection
and was subsequently acquired by General Dynamics/GD .. underwent this
exact pattern back in 2006 in the year b4 FRPT *uplisted* from the OTC
to the NAZ on 1.18.07 .. that 12 month *partially laddered cover* in 2006
was done to create *liquidity* in effect *creating* a trading vehicle
out of a heavily targeted OTC stock that underwent the usual re: R/S
(Jan 2005) and was *stalled* PPS wise (held) until the partially laddered cover
kicked in .. anyone who understands OTC surviving stox and how *handled*
knows exactly what is done by NON RETAIL ..

that said *RETAIL* understanding CEs' patterns can play the crooks
at their own game .. and *easily win* the game of buying low and selling higher
.. of course one has to have tickets to the game .. after I observed
the usual suspects who illegally manipuate stox like MSRT (this time
last year) my initial postion of 500 shares bought @ approx 1.15
were sold @ approx 6.50 .. i was able to do this because i was observing
RT l2 (level 2) .. and noted the ask side on MSRT ramping up pre market

how *revealing* then that 7.01 was *hit* 3 minutes after market opened
one year ago .. ironically the usual suspects did very little DD
(reminds of both GPRO and PTOI) which is one reason why (and as called
by me contemporaneously) .. entities would trigger *reg sho* .. which
was done b4 the EO April 2015 .. and would be *carried thru* EOY 2015

those initial 500 shares have transitioned to 10,000 tickets ;)
with a CB of a smidge above 1.00 with GTCs' set for either outcome ..

hmmmm

and this is where i pay particular attn to *volume* avgs undertaken .. ;)
and why i suspect *resetting* was done today in the 1.40 to 1.50 pps

so today after the *unusual* undertaking of back to back 1M+ volume days
you can count on one hand 1M+ days for MSRT *volume*

as i noted in this post NON RETAIL *started* ramping *volume* avgs
on MSRT on 3.23.16 (always interesting to know who learned what/when)

unlike other targeted OTC stox that came public via a R/M into a shell
littered with FTDs .. MSRT came public via an S1 registration

i'm beyond curious what comes to pass on 2 fronts for MassRoots

first if they are able to uplist out of the OTC cesspool

and if they trigger reg sho for the 5th time in the next week to 10 days
