note volume avgs currently and then link back to prior post .. cycle is low volume *walk down*
via resets with usually *significant* t trades' utilized to bypass *reporting* .. ;)

that (low vol) changed today .. :) .. note to self: CEs' can't afford too many *legit*
(not MM was traded days as has been the norm) volume days on MSRT
they will trigger reg sho .. for another round .. if allowed

last round of *ramped* volume revealed a PPS *RUN* to ~ $1.67
