Yup... I don't get it either... All I can figure is big money is sitting on a lot of oil that will probably not be returning any of their investment... And now they use any excuse they can to unload at higher prices.... That or it's a way to keep the market buoyant... I keep seeing weakness and when it looks like it's lost... oil spikes bringing the market back up.... Spy
