lesn: A termination does not go into effect for NeoMedia until May/June. I have not checked the FINRA filings to see if they are voluntarily ending trading but my guess is they won't. It is smarter to dissolve the company and just let FINRA figure it out in their own good time. That way the passionate investors have moved on and long forgotten all about NeoMedia. Once three years has gone by from the notice of dissolution, the company is in the clear from lawsuits (unless it is CA).
