100% wrong and you contradict yourself. If insider sell on inside info why sell at the low??? Its just pre 4/15 selling for tax and income purposes. DP would not allow to trade on inside info as he is so close to ramping TRTC up. Another false conspiracy theory. Do some DD on inside sells before tax day, happens all the time and usually not timed well price wise.
