I'm sorry you did not think it was a noteworthy answer but every time I try to explain the little bit I know about the GGI package I end up talking in circles. There is no easy way for me to package your answer in a mid sized paragraph and then what I end up with may or may not make sense. There are others here who know how to put known info into a formula and come up with estimated holdings of GGI. The shares they get depends on the pps at the time the debentures we have given them are cashed in.
