Be careful posting like you know what's going on with partnering. I had a nice conversation yesterday with one of the VPs at Mannkind. I first reached out to Matt but found out he was recovering from dental surgery. I have always had a nice relationship with Matt which is why I believe I was able to speak with someone within hours of reaching out to him.
What my concern was is how is partnering outside of US going. I was told Mannkind was called by numerous big pharmas the day Sanofi announced the end of partnership 1/5/16. Since that day strategic planning has been underway for marketing outside US were our IND can be used for marketing approval. The negotiations have heated up dramatically since 4/5/16 with numerous potential global partners.
I will be attending the ASM in Danbury CT in May I expect great news prior.
I'm not assuming anything. My point was that they don't have a sales force or a partnership. There is nothing to move the stock up and it should be moving down based upon lack of a plan and lack of a sales force.
So, we are in 100% agreement. Maybe read that post again?
