Why are you guys so willing to give a stranger the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he "is" opening himself up to liability including criminal charges. It wouldn't first the first time a CEO let things get the best of them. See Enron and BRCD.

Let's see. He and his buddy own most of the CVSU stock. Yet he's giving away 100+ MILLION shares to the owners of FHAL common stock, convertible notes, etc. If the combined company is really worth $15 per share, why is he leaving $1.5+ BILLION on the table?

My guess is there will be no audited financials filed.

My guess is this stock will be under $0.10 in a month.

Semiguy99 - Excellent summary of your post. I, and several others concur, and further I had a good friend an ESQ. aka Attorney look at this, and he told me with the SEC forms filed and all that this Rufus would go to the PEn big time if he was a fraud etc. Based on the interview, pr's and so forth all the i's and t's are being dotted and we stand to make yacht fulls of $$$!!
