CP, the certainty implied in your post does depend, IMO, on what Dr.G finds once any teams' investigation of the Sunrise trial is complete. As far as we know, any such investigation that is transpiring is not complete. Any data obtained may yet be useful or negate anything else but serving as a basis for "killing the trial".

Can you provide an example or examples of a company with a stopped double blinded trial such as sunrise that submitted a BLA that was approved?
