yes, a buyout seems inevitable here. i like how RVUE's CEO has china experience. for me, reading that was an interesting piece of the puzzle.
so with acorn backing them with non-toxic cash, watch RVUE land a lot more contracts. asia-based would be my guess.
also, consider the huge % of the OS already owned by acorn and insiders. a tender offer for the remaining (ours) would cost them very little, but net us each a giant payday. they may even pay us with ATV shares, in due time, which would mean a non-taxable event until the ATV shares were sold.
