I have found that the actual history of a company is never really hidden... especially not when it stinks like this POS..if Wayne is involved the next company will stink.

The name change would only be to bury the previous history of Monster Arts.

However, Wayne could be trying to get a new front man... know a couple of cons that did that... it did hide them for a bit.. but not forever.. never does.

A name change is not to hide anything, its putting up a new sign. When a company rebrands itself typically they will change the name. Everything is in the reports. If you actually read them you would know this. You might even find a few old mattresses in there as well.
