Oh, but you'd be wrong, I did read the news, not only on this scam but all of his scams going back for several years and they all say the exact same thing: "We're partnering with big famous company" it's all identical, same game only difference is time, and a different 'Big famous company' to 'partner' with.. All followed with reverse splits from hell, convertible notes and cashless exercise, plain and simple scam, time after time after time going back for more than a decade. ;(
Funny thing 'Google' it takes a whole of about 15 minutes to discover the history of a scam, obviously a few hours to read all the BS though, but 15 minutes and wala! exposed. and hard to believe that Lie-man hasn't stepped off the CEO position, to be replaced with a fall guy, patsy, yet.. B/C he's got scam history all over the net in multiple rinse and repeat scams ;(.
wait a few years, rinse it off, reverse split it, settle in to get dirty again.. so dam common it's pathetic.
