Off base but nice try...the Mako "article" was void of facts and full of untruths...this latest article is full of facts regarding current status of ongoing clinical trials and pipeline.

Last weeks article is a great place to start for any new investors in Biotech or current investors looking to add.

If what you say is true then it was a complete failure compared to the Mako piece. Since I haven't read the pro CTIX article I can't comment other than to say, consider the source.

Admittedly, I flirted with the same thought experiment.

Namely, that Rosen, they're cronies more likely, sensing the impending dismissal, are now loading up ahead of the run that they now know is an absolute certainty.
Playing both sides of the trade, as it were.

Proof? None.
Likely? No.
Conspiracyish? Not a real word.

I just ask myself, if I were a sleazy investor with ties to an anonymous author, as well as a ties to a scumbag law firm, and I had knowledge of an impending short attack, and I also knew that the short thesis was complete crap, I'd be playing both sides. Hell, clearly no one is stopping (figurative) me.

No comparison. The hit piece was full of lies along with serious twisting of truth. The new one uses facts.

Can't elaborate further since I'm playing grandma for a few days and just checking in with my phone.
