Why am I being ignored?
It's been 15 days without a reply and 10 days without shipping out a 2nd disc.

I am still waiting for a status.
The last title your company received was on 8/30/06.
The last one shipped out was on 8/25/30 which I currently have.
5 days have passed (not counting Saturday) without another disc being shipped out.
I have changed my account to the "2 Out a Time" plan since your company cannnot support
me under the "3 Out a Time" plan for whatever reason.
My queue shows 2 of the top 3 titles as being available. When will tne next one ship?

What did your tech support say? What is the problem? How long will it take to resolve this?
I feel that I should get some sort of credit back. It's almost a full month now and I'll state it
again...3 titles have never been showed as being shipped out at same time (within a 1-week period).
Your company is providing poor service.
Any progress? I'm still waiting...

Ok, I got the game today but when will the 3rd disc be shipped?
In 1 more day, it will have been a week since I signed-up and have had only 1 disc at a
time...I am paying for 3 discs at a time.
