Exactly, what good are all the services we have if you don't let the public know they're even available. He should be putting a larger effort into advertising, period.
I've always thought that his idea of advertising in 'rural commuties' was utterly stuuuuupid (and yes, that a 5 'U'er stupid). Figure this (just guessimating numbers): say in rural communities there are under 100 people per square VS. over 1,000 people per square mile in cities/suburbs or densely populated areas. There are far more people (let alone people with internet) in denser areas... it's just simple logic (which JF obviously lacks).
