I prefer a slightly slower move (1 Year) then a fast poor panic deal because there is no reason for panic.

So ATM selling and reverse split are preferable? That will all playout in less than a year.

CP, thanks for the response. I just don't want to deal with another RS.

"So a deal that either covers the COMPLETE clinical trial cost (not just Durvalumab), some temporary EXCLUSIVE Bavituximab usage in clinical trials for cash, a big GOV order over multiple years or a partnership with up-front cash or of course a surprise Bavituximab approval (BTK or BLA negotiated under the FDA's Fast Track possibilities asking approval under conditions, etc) are all possibilities."

If these are our best possibilities, man are we screwed. Deals that we could never pull off in the past, before we failed the biggest trial in company history, Government money (always a good one), for something or other, God knows what, or an FDA approval for a failed trial, never seen before in the history of the FDA.

These are our best possibilities?

Oy.

"My personal preference is know, all deals with NO PERMANENT encumbering of the pipelines (IP will not be encumbered IMO) will do. I prefer a slightly slower move (1 Year) then a fast poor panic deal because there is no reason for panic."

I can't possible fathom what could cause you to panic. 42 cents and no known plan for the future? Sweet as Tupelo Honey.
