From what I understand the merger/acquisition discussion by Barutiwa concerning HSHS was a speculation based on the fact that HSHS new ceo has not resigned from Protocol Networks. Barutiwa did not originate that discussion. Anyhow it remains conjecture and probable that a merger/acquisition is pending despite how HSHS traded yesterday. Barutiwa started writing about this stock when it was trading at .006 per share. Give that publication some credit!
