Cut and paste the e-mail response. Too many pink sheet stocks have posters constantly posting they have talked to CEO, or the CEO has e-mailed them.
There are posters that cut and paste their responses from company and of course delete their own personal name.

I can get on the board any time and type 8-K is coming ....I just talked to CEO or he just e-mailed me, but didn't say much blah
blah ,blah, blah. WITHOUT CUTTING AND PASTEING THE COMPANY RESPONSE.

Yep, I have confirmed the same with Mr. Darling. He won't say much only that they now have a great management team in place and that they will be announcing things via 8Ks going forward.
