Look at it in this perspective. Medical marijuana records is HUGE! On top of that, it is administered by the state. SHOM has a MPN which it can administer. Given the addition of Background consent with coordination of Companion Care, that would make a whole lot of sense. Knowing Sarvis, he's not much into unconventional healing, no wonder he is willing to step down.
