Until I can see Blum's proforma earnings in a GAAP format, I have no clue what it's worth or more importantly it's future value as a "for profit" entity.
I've already make a killing by aggressively trading the trend line and major accumulation below $.10, thankfully I had the liquidity to pull it off an be rewarded with an approximately a 200%+ return. So now sitting on a substantial position risk free and what will hopefully be the ground floor. Hope it's not quicksand... I worked to damn hard to lose profits...
Can TRTC still pull it off, maybe, I didn't hear a lot on the conf call about financing and the last tranches of financing were at a 25% discount to the VWAP... what happened to the sweet 10% discount under the Magna line?
Access to more capital, further dilution of current holders, and access to banking are all big wild cards.
Also why does Michael James go so much compensation...??? WTF?
