Regarding our recent name change, Grey Fox Holdings Corp. continues to go through the process that FINRA requires for the recent change to reflect on the OTC Markets.

This was from a February 9th PR. They are changing to a holdings corp after their acquisition of 3 franchise licenses for Graffiti Junktion and a 4th location they are negotiating a controlling stake in.

The 4th location is an already open location that is making big revenues.
