Insiders like most of the longs here have mass quantities of shares in the low single digits or at the most .10-.12 range, some of us "flipped" shares instead of buying on the run to .97 and had a ton of shares with a zero cost basis until topping of in the .20-.22 range. I'm done buying and will wait for approval before I sell anymore unless it drops to the high teens or .20 and then I will buy more. Good Luck to all that truly own this ELTP!
