I agree that the poison pill advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and this, I believe.... it 100x more true when we are talking about a paradigm shifting evolution in biotech such as Immunotherapy.

The core of immunotherapy is to place the immune system back in control and ironically, Big Pharma would not have made Billions of dollars from the beginning of its time if someone knew how or controlled the IP that allowed the immune system to shift back in control of fighting diseased cells and cancers.

Of course they had to take a chance or someone had to take a chance in sabotaging Peregrine.... the stakes are too high and they remain high.

On #3 of your reply, I didn't post the entire page because it wasn't warranted (but did post the link for anyone wishing to read it's entirety).

What I did post was specific information to rebut your point that there is no possible negative for the shareholders. That excerpt makes my point completely and concisely and invalidates what you were maintaining. You sir, are wrong in this instance.
