PPHM sold 5m shares at .40c to pay NCCN $2 million

I am very skeptical now and any PPHM investor should be curious when such claims as your above quote and do not provide any links to back it up.

Volgoat, you state this as fact and many that read it may think it is fact.... can you provide the links that led you to this conclusion?

Please explain how pphm sold 5M shares at .40 to pay the $2M to NCCN. I believe that deal was already done and I am guessing the $2M was paid out of cash on hand.

Why is it necessary to make this type of claim?

Could you provide any prove because this is totally new and probably totally incorect.

Furthermore the PPHM PPS was above 1$ when the NCCN deal was announced.

Are you just making things up and then throw them on this board to confuse people ?
