thealias2002, I will not even put that under dispute:

The opinion of many here is that management is stalling/delaying/possibly ruining the success of this company where drug development is concerned while bleeding long shareholders dry.

That is an as valuable opinion as any.

Unfortunately that was not the topic of the post-line. The topic was the PPHM Poison Pill and what it can and cannot do.

I maintain until someone proves me otherwise than what is in the PPHM Shareholders Protection Plan, namely that the poison pill protects against direct and indirect attempts of acquisition of PPHM by one or more parties acting together and against the advice of the BoD when it come to those parties to participate in a vote while holding more then a certain % of the shares.
