QLTS's silica mine is valued at over $14 billion, which they are being allowed to buy into for $30 mil $1 PPS being a very conservative $1.4B valuation as determined by independent analysis's. The bigger question really should be why is our price so low? and that will quickly be corrected, once outsiders find out what our mine is worth, sellers will be on suicide watch.
