where approached. These guys talked so fast
GTC had no other recourse but to put 20% of
the company into these guys hands, at bargain
prices yet???????????????????????????????????

I know because now they have cash for a year.
Sounds right to me, nooo! Waiting 5 weeks was
out of the question, had to go on vacation.

Posters have indicated that a 2% chance of being
turned down prompted this? So they would
have to act now. I say there is a 37.672%
chance that they are worried...why???
