Umm no...the are converting at .0017+. Can not convert when the low is .0017 (well .0016 but only like 200k shares)

The received shares at .00072 based on 8ks, but that is not converting them. :) They can be holding for all we know. I mean sounds like insider information too me if they are converting at prices you suggested.
