There is only a reason to sell. Basically every person in the last years is stuck with a loss and know the A/S is being bumped to 10 billion. One would have to be a complete idiot not to sell into any price bump and very few people who would be stupid enough to buy a company with loads of toxic debt that is moving the A/S to 10 billion.

I see a fairly large amount of toxicity still lingering myself... But when the goggles are on it is easy to overlook what a company really is going through. Mountains of debt that continues to grow. This ticker is toast.
