I'm looking at EVRM as a technical bounce play. You don't find many OTC stocks that aren't loaded to the gills with shares and/or dilution. Any time I have bought EVRM the ask reduces which leads me to believe a few million volume would bring us up a few ticks and who knows maybe a lot more.
