I’m currently working on filing a DE 220 demand and having a DE trustee appointed to liquidate Company (and of course on get press release out regarding the settlement - whatever the settlement may be).
Thomas is all talk, but in the end he cowers in the corner waiting for someone else to do the heavy lifting. Sorry but I have heard a lot of talk about this guy but what is he waiting for? he is supposed to be the guy who does this for a living and now he sits and waits? Very mixed signals,
