The Tercica dog and pony show has been fooling US investors and bankers for years -- why does it surprise you that it can still fool others?
I would have hoped that a major European Biotech comapany would be able to see through the Tercica lies a lot easier than the day trading idiots and flipping US edge funds that are, and were, Insmed shareholders
