How has your actual DD reveled this? You have people who crawled in the tanks to check the condition of the gaskets in the tank and they proved that they are in the same condition today as they were 5 years ago and don't need to be replaced? This is what I am talking about left to "rot"
Maybe "rot" was a little harsh. Can we agree to disagree on "left to sit and deteriorate"?
Anyway you look at it, it wasn't a good choice! Do you buy a used car, park it on the street, never drive it once and then try and sell it 5 years later?
