either way imo, pps will not fluctuate too much even after R/S as it has not fluctuated much last few days, due to people holding for FDA clearance.

I see that scenario of holding for news continuing even post split

Granted it may bounce around a bit though.

That's just my personal take, and while I was prepared to sell all before split if no FDA news, I will now hold. Part of that is because of the recent expansion in their facility and length of the lease.
And this is not a typical penny stock, it's Nasdaq.

Why this time no c-warrants.
the last c-warrants orchestrated the drop;
outstanding shares went from 3 million to over 70 million.

This time we see no further dilution trough april.
dilution only starts on late april.read the fillings

Shareprice is going to between $3.4 and $5.95 after R/S
Between 3.2 en 5.2 million outstanding.

Thats a rediculous low sharecount when fda hits.
only $2 millon dilution before the summer thats a fact read the fillings.thats only between 500,000 and 750,000 shares for 3 months

Market can absorp this in no time.

So either way after FDA clearences shareprice is going to be higher then it is now.

So no need to panic here;
