The only thing that actually happens here are very strange lenders who get mathematical anomaly's for offerings. As far as your SEC whatever comment, its clear they just didn't look hard enough. The math in the notes is 2nd grade flawed. Conversions sub trips to allow 100's of millions of shares when only 5 figures worth were needed. Please.
You'll see, its all just lies. It takes time for it to come to light for new people but you'll get there.
