I completely agree, you just have to read the PR simply; that is exactly what it says. At first I was confused, but when you look at sentence/paragraph structure, you can see the logical flow of thought in the PR. I think that is the only logical conclusion one can draw. As the Pr clearly implies that the $15 options are AFTER the S-4. Furthermore, the beginning of the PR welcomes us FHAL shareholders...I think its actually pretty damn clear!
