my thoughts, but they wont make it easy to jump in on the short side, this has way to much action and can bound either way quickly. You have the blow out earning and the rosy picture that can be painted, then you have flat guidance and the secondary offering coming up. I am guessing they are wanting to get some of those shares in the float to buy somebody using stock, anyone?
