Good post. Makes me think of all the time CEO's includ9ing current one with MJ store said they create value for common. Never do and billions shares issued later 1 for 1000 r/s. No sales growth filed. Never made money etc. Create value for prefers who dump worthless common and keep the money. They do not get diluted and that is why it never ends.
