Perhaps to dilute shares but there will be no revenue from this deal as it is not been finalized and anything that hasn't fallen through never realizes revenues and, the good doctors company wouldn't sell to a POS scam penny company if it had any value.
Oh, and the competition from legit mail in STD test companies is too much for this to crack into.
