I wonder how many parallels there are to the Liann Francisco deal. Donnell used her name and reputation to sell shares also.

Qasp/gyog seems to be good at using other people's names to sell shares with. I wonder if the good doc even knows that a LOI has been written or if it's still in DV's imagination?
