Did you see the repeat pattern in the PR? Among other things, there is no quote from the guy who is supposedly being "acquired".

If this holds true to form, he probably doesn't even know about the "deal" yet.

And once he finds out about it, it will be the malicious shareholders doing their dd that quash the deal...
