I'll bite. I believe a previous deal that was originally refused is back in play. And I believe they are wise enough to take the deal now -- assuming they have the leverage to do so. At some point this story has to change. Why not now? It is possible.
I have no premise, and I have no idea what/who is causing the share price to increase...but increase is what it is doing.
The shares I bought AH on day of 2/25 PR sure had no effect on price increase, but you knew about those shares on 2/26 anyway. The = number of shares I bought near bottom on 3/2/2016 did not effect a price increase that day either.
But you know that asking a question is no satisfactory answer to my original questions. Your question does not clarify mine. I have survived more x-exams than you.
