OT - Cruz, the event you speak of was the Council of Nicea, convened in the 4th century by the Roman Emperor Constantine, where all bishops of the church gathered and decided from among many candidate writings which were "divinely inspired" and which were not, and from that council came the Bible and the Nicene Creed. Christians can only have faith that the bishops were divinely guided in their selections, devoid of political or personal agendas.
